Modern Beach House

The clients asked for a modern house with lots of opportunity for outdoor living and entertaining to be designed for their lot that backed up to the Intracoastal Waterway.  So the idea to introduce two pools was born.  One exists on the ground floor, which is typical for a beach house, while the second smaller pool exists on the outdoor living on the fourth floor that offers panoramic views of Wrightsville Beach.
