This Delaware coastal house was designed to lean modern with being sited on it's lot to maximize the views of the Indian River Bay beyond.  All the main living spaces where oriented to the rear to take advantage of the view.  Spacious outdoor living on both the main level and the second floor provide ample space for a variety of functions.  The ground level open breezeway frames the view of the water beyond, reinforcing the importance of the connection of the home to the water.
